Purpose of processing
The Data Controller processes personal data, exclusively of a non-sensitive type, communicated by the concerned party through the Internet website, in the “Contacts” area.
In the "Contacts" area, the collection and processing of data are carried out in order to:
1. check the requests made by the concerned party and provide the requested services.
In accordance with art. 6 of the GDPR, the legal basis for processing data is the fulfilment of the services requested by the user (par. b).

Object and type of data processing made
The Data Controller processes personal data, exclusively of a non-sensitive type, communicated by the concerned party through the Internet website, in the “Contacts” area.
The processing of data for the purposes set out takes place using automated methods, on electronic support, in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided for by law, by consequent regulations and by internal provisions specifically issued.
Rec Srl undertakes not to disclose data to unauthorized persons, nor to use them for purposes other than those indicated above. Such data may be made available only upon request by the authorities authorized by law.
The data are processed and stored at the Company's administrative headquarters, in Milan and at outsourcing companies.
Nature of the provision of data and consequences of consent to processing
All data entered in the “Contacts” area are indispensable for providing the requested services. Therefore, the user’s personal identification data and e-mail address must be considered mandatory, as they are strictly connected to the nature of the services requested.
It follows that the consent to processing is also mandatory and any refusal would put the undersigned Company in the conditions of not being able to execute the requested services.
Data communication and transfer
The data may be disclosed to public and private parties, physical and/or legal persons (legal, administrative and fiscal consultancy offices, any IT companies and others) in relation to which the communication is necessary for the pursuit of contractual, administrative, accounting, purposes, as well as to guarantee the concerned parties to use the website.
The data may also be disclosed to other parties, when the communication is required or imposed by law.
Personal data are processed within the territory of the European Union.
Duration of processing
Personal data will be processed for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. It should be noted in particular that browsing data will be deleted within 2 years of their processing.
In any case, a higher retention period is reserved, where required by law or regulations.
Rights of the concerned parties
Pursuant to articles 13, 15-22 of the GDPR, the concerned party has the right, in particular:
• to obtain confirmation that a processing of personal data concerning him/herself is in progress;
• to obtain access to data and the following information (purpose of processing, categories of personal data, recipients and/or categories of recipients, retention period);
• to obtain the correction or integration of inaccurate personal data concerning him/herself;
• to obtain the cancellation of personal data concerning him/herself in the cases provided for by art. 17 GDPR;
• to revoke their consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent granted prior to the revocation;
• to obtain that personal data concerning him/herself are only stored without any other use being made of them in the following cases provided for by art. 18 GDPR;
